Be prepared to get into the soil!!! This day-long intensive will give intermediate and advanced students a practical, hands-on learning experience related to the methods and practice of season extension, winter growing, over-wintering, storage crops and more. Additional topics to be explored are listed below. Morning snacks and a home-grown farm lunch will be provided.
