Are you confident in the "Concrete Jungle," "Street-Wise" and "City-Savvy" but overwhelmed by the wide open spaces of the country and the necessary skills required to lead a country life? This day-long informational intensive is designed to make your transition to country living a "Walk-in-the-Park!" Whether you've made your nest in the "Big-Apple," the "Big Easy," the crowded condos of the "Front-Range," or the "Sleepy-Suburbs" of the Midwest this course will equip you with the confidence to identify key components to look for, along with key skills to develop as you search for rural homestead real-estate. Successful students will be able to decidedly make strides toward developing and implementing a cohesive plan to search for and identify a rural property to meet their unique needs. Additional topics to be explored are listed below. Morning snacks and a home-grown farm lunch will be provided. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give us a 2 week notification so we can attempt to fill your spot. All cancellations are subject to a $40.00 service fee per booking.
